  • your phone number (optional);
  • your profile (teacher, training centre…);
  • your message (optional);
  • the site language used and the date of the request.

Technical data: like any website, our servers record the IP address, the page requested, the date and the browser used. Your IP address is also used to limit abusive form submissions; it is not stored with your request.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

On what basis?

You send us this data voluntarily by submitting the form, which means you consent to its use to handle your request. Technical data is processed to keep the website secure.

Cookies

The website uses a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language for one year. It is needed for the site to work. We use no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools.

Who can access your data?

Only the ProfOnline team. Requests are stored in our contact management tool. The website and this tool are hosted by OVHcloud.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that service processes your messages under its own privacy policy.

How long do we keep it?

Demo requests are kept for at most 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for a limited time, for security purposes.
